Integrative & Attachment-Based Counselling in Plymouth and Online Across the UK

Helping you feel more secure, understood, and at ease — within yourself and your relationships, even when things feel overwhelming or uncertain.

A cozy Living room with three navy blue armchairs with yellow pillows, a small black side table with tissues, a tall standing lamp, a small table with a potted plant, a tabletop lamp, a black cabinet, a purple orchid, a small shelving unit, a colorful striped rug, a window with a view of rooftops, and some indoor plants.

If you are looking for counselling in Plymouth or online in the UK, you may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where to turn.

You might be struggling with overthinking, low mood, or difficulties in your relationships — or simply feel stuck and unsure why things feel the way they do. It can be hard to make sense of what’s going on, especially when it feels like you’re carrying it on your own.

I offer integrative counselling grounded in attachment theory, providing a calm, supportive space where you can begin to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Together, we can gently make sense of patterns, understand what may be underlying them, and help you feel more grounded, secure, and at ease in your life.

How I Can Support You

I work with individuals and couples in Plymouth and online across the UK who want to feel more secure in themselves, understood in their experiences, and more connected — both within themselves and in their relationships.

You might be seeking counselling because you’re experiencing:

Anxiety or overthinking

Depression or low mood

  • Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained

Relationship difficulties

Attachment and connection issues

Trauma, PTSD, or C-PTSD

Bereavement, grief, or loss

Low self-worth or feeling “not enough”

Feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward

Using an integrative, attachment-based approach, we gently explore how your experiences may be shaping how you feel, cope, and relate to others. This can include making sense of past experiences, loss, or trauma, and how these may still be affecting you in the present.

Together, we begin to understand patterns, not judge them — and support you in developing a greater sense of stability, self-understanding, and emotional security.

If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone, and support is available. For more information on individual and relationship counselling visit my Services page.

My Approach

My approach is warm, relational, and non-judgemental. I aim to offer a space where you can feel safe enough to be yourself — without pressure, expectation, or the need to have everything figured out.

I work integratively, with a strong focus on attachment-based therapy. This means we gently explore how your early experiences and relationships may have shaped how you feel about yourself, how you manage emotions, and how safe connection feels for you today.

Often, the ways we think, feel, or respond — whether that’s overthinking, withdrawing, or feeling overwhelmed, developed for a reason. In therapy, we take time to understand these patterns, not judge them.

As our work develops, we begin to make sense of what’s underneath these experiences, helping you feel more grounded, more secure, and more connected — both within yourself and in your relationships.

Therapy isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, so things can begin to feel clearer and more manageable.
