I provide integrative and attachment-based counselling for individuals (18+) in Plymouth and online across the UK, alongside relationship counselling for couples. My approach is relational, reflective and grounded in emotional safety.

To get started, you can book an initial consultation via the “Book Now” Button.
-
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another. We will explore what has brought you to counselling, what you hope for from the work, and agree how we would like to move forward. There is no pressure to share more than what feels comfortable.
-
No referral is needed. You are welcome to contact me directly to arrange a consultation or book a session.
-
Sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly, though frequency can be discussed depending on your needs and circumstances. Regular sessions help to build trust and continuity in the work.
-
Some people come for a short period to focus on a specific difficulty, while others choose longer-term, open-ended therapy to explore deeper patterns. We can review this together as the work develops.
-
Payment is required in advance of each session. When booking through the online booking system, payment can be made by card at the time of booking. For future or ongoing sessions, payment can be made via the Kiku client app or by card in the session. Full payment details will be included in our working agreement.
-
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.
-
Everything shared within sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality. There are some exceptions, including if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, a legal obligation to disclose information, or where material is discussed within professional supervision. These limits will be clearly explained in our contract during your first session.

Finding the right therapist matters. If we feel the fit isn’t right, I will support you in considering alternative options where possible.
