A Safe and Supportive Space to Begin

Whether you are coming alone or with a partner, counselling offers a space to slow down and explore what feels difficult — without judgement or pressure.

I offer integrative, attachment-based counselling in Plymouth and online across the UK for adults aged 18 and above.

Sessions are 55 minutes long, or 90 minutes as requested.
The frequency of sessions is guided by your needs and circumstances.

A cozy office space with black chairs, a small table, plants, a striped rug, and a window with a view of rooftops and trees outside.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, which is why I offer a 45-minute initial consultation to give us the opportunity to meet and see whether we feel like the right fit.

During this session, we can meet in person in Plymouth or online across the UK to explore what has been happening for you, what has brought you to counselling, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll also explain how I work, answer any questions you may have, and together we can consider whether counselling feels like the right next step for you.

The initial consultation is £40 for a 45-minute session, with no obligation to continue afterwards.

My priority is ensuring you feel comfortable, heard and able to make the decision that's right for you.

Individual Counselling

In Person in Plymouth & Online Across the UK

£55 per 55-minute session & £70 per 90-minute session.

Individual counselling offers a confidential space to reflect, make sense of patterns, and better understand your emotional world.

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in repeating relationship patterns, or simply aware that something does not feel quite right.

Through an integrative/attachment-informed approach, we gently explore how your experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. Our work moves at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

Relationships can bring closeness and connection — and at times, distance or misunderstanding.

I offer relationship counselling for couples who would like to better understand the emotional patterns beneath conflict or disconnection. Rather than focusing on blame, we explore what each partner may be needing and how to create greater emotional safety between you.
